You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your grievance within 1 business day. Your grievance will be reviewed by a designated grievance officer. The grievance officer will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it within 10 business days. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation and any proposed resolution at the earliest.
If your issue is not resolved, you can further escalate it with our customer support team and the Grievance Redressal Committee which is a three-member committee consisting of senior management representatives will review your grievance and make a final decision.
After getting rejected by the committee in the first go due to unorganized discussion chapter, I opted for the discussion chapter consulting offered by Regent Statistic and to my surprise, they did a wonderful job. I have received my PhD, thank you guys.
